Others want some form of stability in their work schedules that will enable them to manage the rest of their lives in a better way.

Even though many companies have adopted technology, they realize that their success depends on the service that they provide to their consumers. Although many of the people employed in the fast food industry are low skilled workers, the work they have to do is demanding in terms of the effort and the time they put in it
