A focused factory is controllable and manageable despite the fcat that its prbklems arelomited in one scope.

A focused product has the ability to undersell and outproduce to quickly gain a competitive advantage over the compelx factory.

A focused factory is easy to manage as it strives for a narrow range of  customers, products and processes.
